We have a number of procedures in place to handle enquiries from existing customers, and you are likely to have your query resolved quicker by doing so.

If you are having issues communicating with the AussieHQ network or have another network issue and are not an existing customer, please contact our NOC by calling +61 2 6163 9393 (INOC-DBA: 24557) or by sending an email to noc@aussiehq.com.au.

Our NOC telephone line operates 24/7, but emails are generally only responded to during business hours.
